As an experienced sophrologist, Sophie Michel has been practicing for several years in the south of France, among others at the Mouratoglou Academy, the largest tennis academy in Europe.​

It was through contact with the athletes she supported that she was able to see the impasse that many of them face. Mental blocks that prevent them from performing, or even lead them to underperform.

Faced with this observation, and driven by the desire to respond concretely to their needs, she chose to train in mental preparation with Pier Gautier, founder of the ACCEDER method.

It is in this method that she found a concrete, rapid and effective response to support anyone in search of performance.

 

Since then, many athletes, entrepreneurs and artists have trusted him to perform in their fields.
