The Mouratoglou Academy: Elite training routines, tested under pressure.
Simple guidelines: before / during / after, to execute when it matters.
Express Sophrology: quick tools to help you stay calm and clear-headed.

Why does my method work better than simple coaching?

Many athletes and entrepreneurs have already tried to “work on their mental game”, through coaches, books, videos, and more, but without lasting results.
Generally speaking, people fall into one of two traps:
Too theoretical: we talk about confidence and mindset, but there’s no concrete plan.
Too isolated: a few exercises, but nothing structured when the pressure rise.
My approach is like an iceberg: we focus on the foundation (self-confidence, how to deal with mistakes, managing emotions) and then add practical tools (routines, sophrology) to put it into practice.
I combine:
80% structured mental preparation from the Mouratoglou Academy.
20% sophrology, to regain control of your body right away.
What this changes: You know what to do before, during, and after your key moments… and you’re able to do it even under pressure.
The 3 pillars of the method
Simple guidelines that hold up in real-world conditions
Accurate mental diagnosis
Goal: To move from “I’m stressed” to “I know exactly why, when, and what to do.”
At the beginning of the coaching process, I work with you to identify:
your recurring high-pressure situations (games, pitches, negotiations, board meetings, etc.)
your triggers (what's at stake, how others see you, mistakes, contradictions, urgency)
your automatic thoughts (doubt, fear of disappointing others, over-controlling)
your physical symptoms (tension, shortness of breath, racing heart)
As long as the problem remains unclear, the solution will remain vague. A clear diagnosis allows for a tailored plan.
Performance Protocols (Inspired by Mouratoglou)
That’s the heart of the method: solid routines, just like at the highest level, tailored to your situation.
I'm building this with you:
Pre-performance routine (the day before + the day of): mindset, intention, focus, confidence
Routine during the action: return to the present moment, handle mistakes, stay on track
Post-performance routine: structured debrief + mental break (without dwelling on it)
When you're under pressure, you fall back on your instincts. My role is to help you develop instincts that work in your favor.
Sophrology: Regaining control
Stress is primarily a physical reaction. If the body is overwhelmed, the mind follows soon after.
Here are some tools you can use anywhere (locker room, car, hallway, office)
Examples of tools:
focused breathing (reduce stress, regain clarity)
guided visualization (programming your brain with the right cues)
subtle physical anchors (calmness, determination, presence)
You'll receive audio files and worksheets to practice with between sessions.
Performance Diagnosis
(30-minute session included) We’ll review your current situation, identify any obstacles, and discuss your goals. You’ll know exactly what to focus on first.
Customized program
I’ll work with you to establish a realistic schedule (usually 4 to 8 sessions) based on your schedule and key milestones.
Video or in-person sessions
We alternate between mental preparation exercises and practical sophrology exercises.
Monitoring at key moments
A quick message or call before a key event, followed by a debrief afterward: we make adjustments, we make progress, and we stabilize.
Autonomy
My goal is for you to know what to do on your own, in the long term, using a clear set of tools.

The Mouratoglou Academy
A method proven effective among the elite
I didn’t develop this approach in an office; I refined it in an environment where every detail counts.
At the Mouratoglou Academy, the question isn’t “Does it work?” but:
“Does it hold up under pressure, in real-world conditions?”
That’s exactly what I bring to you: concrete protocols, high standards, and adaptation to your field (sports or business).
